1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped or entered production.
Once an order has been shipped or a product is customized or made to order, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Returns for Standard (Non-Customized) Products
We accept returns of standard, non-customized products within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MonBrass is not responsible for items lost during return transit
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Eligible cases will be resolved through a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered
- Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return an item for a refund and place a new order separately.
