1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped or entered production.
Once an order has been shipped or has entered production – including made-to-order or customized items – the order can no longer be canceled.
2. Returns for Standard (Non-Customized) Products
Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Return Authorization

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Depending on the product type and order details, returns may be directed to either our U.S. return address or our workshop in Morocco.
The correct return address will always be provided after your return request is approved.
Customers should not send items to any address without prior confirmation.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An item damaged during delivery
- An incorrect item sent by MonBrass
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MonBrass cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
For returns sent to our Morocco facility, international return shipping times and costs may vary depending on the carrier and country of origin.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Eligible cases may be resolved through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered
- Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may return an item for a refund and place a new order separately.
As our products are shipped internationally from Morocco, return logistics may vary depending on the destination and product type.
