This warranty describes the terms under which we repair or replace products that are defective in materials or workmanship.

1. What This Warranty Covers

MonBrass warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the applicable warranty period (below), beginning on the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in original finish

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, MonBrass will, at our option, repair or replace the product or component.

2. Warranty Duration

The warranty period starts on the original date of purchase and applies as follows:

  • Brass Body & Structural Components: Lifetime limited warranty
  • Finishes & Coatings: 5-year limited warranty
  • Seals, cartridges, and internal parts: 2-year limited warranty

3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or improper maintenance
  • Cosmetic changes due to water quality or environmental conditions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with the following:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase
  2. Photos or video clearly showing the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your submission and respond with next steps, which may include replacement or repair instructions.

5. Shipping for Warranty Service

If a product must be returned for warranty evaluation:

  • You may be responsible for shipping costs to send the product to MonBrass
  • MonBrass will cover return shipping for approved warranty replacements
  • Loss or damage in transit is not covered by this warranty — consider using a trackable shipping service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonBrass’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product. MonBrass is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

7. How State or Local Laws Affect You

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country. This limited warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
